AI Analysis is for Reference Only: The reports provided by this App are generated by Artificial Intelligence. AI may produce hallucinations, errors, or outdated information.
Not Financial Advice: All content is for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or an offer to buy/sell.
Risk Warning: Investing involves risk. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. The developer is not liable for any financial losses or damages arising from the use of this App.

2. Subscription & Payments

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions (Monthly/Yearly) automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellation: You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.

3. Fair Use Policy

Unlimited Access: Pro users enjoy "Unlimited" analysis. However, to prevent abuse (e.g., bot attacks), we reserve the right to restrict accounts with abnormally high traffic that exceeds human capabilities.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain copyright of the images you upload. You grant us a license to use them strictly for the purpose of providing the analysis service.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.).
